When you place an order with Webphones you will be required to fill in a customer information form giving personal details such as: Name, Address, e-mail address, Bank details, Credit Card details, Date of Birth FreePhones.co.uk. This information is required by Orange in order to connect your phone and set up the required airtime account. Please rest assured our Server is secure and all information is encrypted via "SSL" this is the industry standard. We are registered under the Data Protection Act and therefore with the exception of Orange your information will not be passed to a third party.

Credit card details
With regard to credit card details Orange require this as proof of identity however if you are still unsure about passing them to our secure server then one of our sales staff will be more than happy to take them  from you verbally, please call FREE 0845 838 3544. If you do not possess a credit card or would prefer not to use this as your form of I.D. then please fax a proof of identity and a proof of address to 01252 400511.
