YES, your account is credited with
£5 upon a new connection to the Orange
network.
Will I get a monthly
bill?
No, unless you have made calls from your phone as the only charges made
each month are for the services and calls you have made, if any.
This is
paid by mandatory direct debit from your bank account only.
Will I need vouchers?
No, OVP Virgin is not a pre-pay service plan. see above question.
I am already an
Orange customer, can I change my billing to the OVP Virgin billing?
YES, but you will be obliged to pay
a costly fee for the privilege, full details are available directly from
Orange alone as the fee varies
Why do the phones cost more?
Orange contract service plan customers pay less for their phones as they
are subsidised by Orange as you enter into a 12 month contract with Orange.
The OVP Virgin service plan has no contract term.

Will I be able to use the
Virgin Xtras?
No, OVP Plans only match the popular competitors tariffs for voice,
answer phone, fax/data and short message service (SMS) on other UK
digital networks. However the full range of Orange Additional Services
are available.
Will I receive Orange Benefits such
as Orange Equity, reward scheme and network Performance Promise Credited
minutes for lost calls?
Yes, you will be able to take advantage from these additional Orange
benefits subject to the terms and conditions of those schemes.
